Management Team

David C. Paul
Executive Chairman
David Paul served as our Chief Executive Officer from our inception in 2003 until August 2017, when he transitioned into the role of Executive Chairman. Prior to founding Globus, Mr. Paul was employed at Synthes in various positions. He served as Director of Product Development for Synthes in his last position, where he was responsible for product development and marketing functions. Prior to Synthes, Mr. Paul worked as a Research Engineer in biomaterials research at Temple University. Mr. Paul is named inventor on approximately 225 patents and published applications. He received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras, and an M.S. in Computer Integrated Mechanical Engineering Systems from Temple University. Mr. Paul also serves on the Board of Free Flow Medical, an early stage medical device company and Cross Ventures, LLC, a real estate development company.
David M. Demski
President and Chief Executive Officer
David Demski has been Globus Medical’s President and Chief Executive Officer since August 2017. He previously served as our Chief Financial Officer from 2003 to July 2008 and as the President, Emerging Technologies. Prior to joining Globus Mr. Demski founded Cornerstone Capital LBO Fund, a boutique leveraged buyout consultancy. Mr. Demski’s experience also includes serving as Vice President for Gilo Ventures, a Silicon Valley-based venture capital fund, and serving as Chief Operating Officer of Rendall and Associates, a telecommunications-focused consulting firm. He also managed regional and international distribution for Domino’s Pizza during the company’s growth in the late 1980s. Previously he was an audit supervisor for Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Company. Mr. Demski also serves on the Board of Directors of Axonics Modulation Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: AXNX). Mr. Demski received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Daniel T. Scavilla
Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer

Dan Scavilla became Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer in August 2018 and prior to that served as our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since May 2015. Prior to joining Globus Mr. Scavilla spent 28 years in various financial management positions at Johnson & Johnson (JNJ). He most recently served as CFO, Global Vice President Finance & Business Operations at JNJ’s Vision Care Division and prior to that served as Worldwide Vice President Finance of the Advanced Sterilization Products division of JNJ. Other prior roles at JNJ include financial management positions at McNeil Consumer Healthcare, Centocor Biologics, and Cilag Schaffhausen Operations in Switzerland. Mr. Scavilla received a B.S. in Finance from LaSalle University, and holds an MBA in International Management from Temple University.

Keith Pfeil
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Keith Pfeil has served as our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since August 2019.  Mr. Pfeil joined Globus as Chief Financial Officer in August 2019 after approximately 16 years at CSS Industries, Inc., a publicly traded consumer products company.  At CSS, Mr. Pfeil most recently served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.  Prior to that role, Mr. Pfeil served in various financial roles of increasing responsibility with focus areas including audit, business development, controllership, financial planning and analysis, investor relations and treasury.  Prior to CSS Industries, Mr. Pfeil worked in the transaction advisory practice of Ernst & Young LLP, and prior to that, he worked in the assurance practices of KPMG LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP.  

Mr. Pfeil holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s University and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Elizabethtown College. 
 

Kelly G. Huller, Esquire
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Kelly began her career at Globus in 2006 as its first in-house counsel, and has since developed its Legal Department to meet the needs of Globus’ rapidly expanding domestic and international business across all of its divisions. Kelly previously served as Globus’ Director, Legal Affairs and Vice President, Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining Globus, Kelly spent many years as a trial attorney at the Philadelphia law firm of Conrad O’Brien representing public and private entities and non-profit organizations in areas of commercial, employment, products liability, and malpractice matters. Kelly also served on the Board of Chester County Futures, a non-profit organization providing comprehensive academic, mentoring and scholarship support for motivated economically disadvantaged youth. Kelly earned her B.A from Pennsylvania State University, and her Juris Doctor degree from Temple University.
